Corn Bread

Corn Bread (aka. Corn Johnny Cake)
1 cup cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 ¼ cup milk
½ t salt
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
¼ cup oil

Mix all together until just combined. Do not over mix. Pour into a 9x9 pan. Sprinkle the top with extra cornmeal. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes or so. Best served warm with butter and molasses.

I currently have your cornbread in the oven :D :D this is the third time I've made it and it always turns out fabulous!! I'm making it in heart shaped muffin tins this time for the bf. WHAT A WOMAN
